We observed that SAP DB was not optimized for a long time which could be one of the reasons for iCharge crashing. also during the investigation, we shared some points which we captured on session.as per customer communication, customer informed us that they will update us on the below advised points with SQL optimization which we shared to customer.


Customer did not responded after the above suggestion and ticket got closed.
We are assuming that may the database optimization has resolve the issue.
