Complete Sale window not refreshing until click on Complete button.

Problem statement :

After processing the payment at the POS and printing the transaction, the POS will not be displayed on the home screen until you click the "Complete" button.

Resolution / work around :

Follow the steps to resolve the issue.


1: Login in Management Console.


Go to this Path: Administration >> Retail Configuration >> Retail Profile. Open Require Retail Profile in Edit Mode.


2: As a solution, configure a 5-second interval in the Retail Profile for the feature "Auto Close Complete Sale View (in Seconds)." Check the image below.



3: Restart Point Of Sale to apply changes.
