System.Exception: DI:Posting period locked; specify an alternative date
Environment:
iVend Retail 6.6 7989 SAP Business One 10.0
Problem Statement:
Transaction stuck in integration failure log with below error.
Symptoms:
Document date was not updated in SAP under Posting Period.
Resolution/Work Around:
Issue resolved after performing below steps.
1: Check the stock transfer request document's created date.
2: Copy SourceKey and Open the same document in iVend
3: Noticed the document was created April 2024 in , however the user canceled this document on 04 Nov 2024.
4: Open the Posting Period for this date April 2024, and update the Document Due date.
5: Retry the failed transaction to integrate the event from iVend To SAP.
