Proposed Solution:

We have analyzed that in the 6.6 version stock mismatch happened due to replication of  data for HO, Store and Offline POS. We suggest having the latest patches on the 6.6 version to avoid such inventory mismatches. Once we applied the latest patches on iVend 6.6 version inventory mismatch problem.


Steps to be followed:

1. Please install the iVend 6.6 version on HO, Stores  and Offline POS.

2. Take a consolidated latest patch and apply on HO, Stores and Offline POS.

3. Do all types of transactions on Stores and offline POS.

4. Automatically data will be replicating to HO then SAP B1.

5. Verify and match your inventory between SAP B1 and iVend.
