Replication service not working due to controller application

Solution: -
This issue happened due to there’s an error showing from controller application when customer removed this controller application and deleted its files and also we have reconfigured IIS default website, iVendReplication and ASP.NET after all of these activities the issue resolved and replication service is working fine now.
