iVend Patch not getting updated at POS

iVend Patch not getting updated at POS

Environment:

iVend 6.6 Patch 7915

Problem Description: 

Patches in HO and the POS indicates that it has already been updated but in POS it stays in a cycle asking for an update and does not allow it to be done.


Scenario:

None

Solution:

1) At POS the latest patch files were not updated but at store the files were updated.
2) Took back up of Point of Sale folder of problematic POS.
3) Replace the files of point of sale with latest patch file point of sale folder.

Symptoms:

None

Resolution/Work Around:

After replacing the point of sale folder files of problematic POS with latest patch Point of Sale folder files POS updated with latest patch without any error and login successfully.
