iVend Integration and Initialization with 2 companies
Environment:
iVend 6.6
Problem Statement:
The partner has successfully completed the integration with 1 customer and now preparing to launch another business on iVend. But partner encountered some concerns during the initialization process.
Firstly, both companies utilize the same HANA DB, and they are hosted on the same server where the CXSIntegration database is already established. Secondly, although the two companies operate on different clouds, the integration server will be the same.
Before proceeding with the live launch, partner needs to create a test environment using a separate database that has not been initialized yet.

Troubleshooting steps:
1. We checked the Add-on log file there was no updated Add-on generated.
2. Partner provided permission on company database user and cxsintegration database with the help of the below KB Article
3. However, the issue remains the same. Further partners checked on the web and followed the below forum link.

After that, the partner was able to assign the add-on successfully, and it started being installed on the new test company.
