Getting "Invalid vendor string" in Cloud hosted iVend environment.

Problem statement:  

While login to MC getting the error “Invalid vendor string” as shown below:

Version: 

iVend 6.6 in Azure (Cloud).

Cause: 

Possible cause is the license Key getting “Broken” due to restart of cloud server or getting its IP changed .

Investigation Steps:

Follow below steps:
Open CXS license Admin tool > Return license > click next > The internet > click next > click next > 
Rehost > click next > choose license keys in the fulfillment ID > Check if the status of license key is "Broken".

Resolution: 

​Contact Support team so that concern License key can be flushed and activated again (After Coordinating with CXS license Team).
