Environment: 

iVend cloud 6.6

Problem Statement:

There is need to create user in iVend Enterprise MC with which user can login into iVend Cloud URL and iVend Enterprise MC.

Symptoms:

There is need to create user in iVend Enterprise MC with which user can login into iVend Cloud URL and iVend Enterprise MC.

Resolution/Work Around: 

Customer Admin user can create user in iVend Enterprise--> Security user screen . Once it is created, same user /password will work to login into iVend Cloud URL.

Recommendations/Suggestions: 

When Infra team commissioned the customer cloud service, they provide one admin user with which customer can login into iVend cloud  and Enterprise.
