iVend Retail – X-Tape Report

In iVend Retail the X-Tape report enables the POS user to see a summary of the POS Till in use.

The X-Tape report is available from the Point of Sale “User Menu”.

This is accessed by clicking on the iVend Retail Logo located in the top left-hand corner of the POS screen.

Alternatively, a button could be added to the POS Screen itself, using the “POS Customisation” features that come built-in with iVend Retail.

Opening the X-Tape report will display a summary of Payment Types received in the top grid of the screen and will display the Transaction Types in the bottom grid of the screen.

Selecting the [Print] button will print the X-Tape report.

Settings for printing this will print based on the X-Tape report can be found in the “Print Profile” located in the Management Console under the path: Administration > Retail Configuration > Print Profile. Select a Print Profile from the Search screen and press the [F4 Edit] button to edit the profile or the [F7 View] button if you just wish to view the settings without making any changes.

For the Print type A4 Report the user should have rights for the reports. The Rights for X-Tape Report can be viewed in the User Authorization report.

For the X-Tape Print Type A4 Report, Report Id is will be visible only if the user has the X-Tape Report Authorization.
