Problem Statement : While creating second integration service ,error message showing "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
Scenrio : In iVend configuration manager while configuring second integration service ,error message showing "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
Symptoms: NA
Resolution/Work Around :
After modifying the ConfigurationTemplate.xml file located in the path C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\Integration
Steps
1. The file was backed up
2. The following nodes were added to the file:
<SBODomainName></SBODomainName>
<SLDServer></SLDServer>
3. Finally, the iVend Configuration Manager was saved and started, and a new integration was added where we configured the missing db, this configuration being successful.
