Problem Statement:
While Cancelling the Stock Transfers error message showing '"Id already exists"'
Proposed Solution:
User trying to receive an inter-store transfer from iVend, but gets an error indicating that the "Id already exists". Also they have reviewed and found that stock transfers that have the same Transfer Id, since the client did not have the Document Series Number configured and apparently iVend 6.5.6 allowed them to receive without any error message. This issue has been fixed in iVend 6.6 no no duplicate ids are allowed to stock transfer.
- Login with iVend application.
- Select Stock Transfer Shipment and search the stock transfer.
- Select the stock transfer and click on cancel button.
- Verified while cancelling the stock transfer error message show ‘Id already exists’.
- Here in iVend 6.6 Version duplicate ids will not be allowed that’s we get the error message.
- In old iVend version 6.5.6 duplicate stock transfer ids were allowed there.
- Now we have updated these ids and stock transfer got cancelled.
- Please create new stock transfer with new stock transfer id number and proceed further.
- Now this time will not get the error message and successfully will complete our process.
- This is rectified in iVend 6.5.6 and corrected in iVend 6.6 version.
