Sometimes it happens that records do not move in the Sage Integration monitor. Means, Records do not sync from iVend to Sage and vice versa. Which can happen due to any reason.
Below are the basic steps to troubleshoot the issue (to start Integration process):
1) Restart Sage Integration service: Open the Sage Integration service and Restart the service.
2) Reset IIS Service as below:
a) Open Command Prompt:
b) Run iisreset command as below:
c) IIS will be restarted as below:
3) Restart SQL Server
4) Clear the Temp folder
5) Recycle the App-Pool:
Below are the steps to recycle the App-Pool:
a) Go to IIS Manager page by typing inetmgr in command prompt as below:
b) Go to Application Pools section >> Locate DefaultAppPool service >> Right Click on it >> Click on Recycle Option
6) Reset API Service:
Below are the steps to reset API service:
Open iVend Configuration Manager from Start option >> Open iVend API service >> stop the service >> Start the service >> Below is the screenshot for the same:
These steps are basic steps which should start the Integration process.
