What can be the reason that NONE of the Merchandise sales dashboards are pulling any data?

What can be the reason that NONE of the Merchandise sales dashboards are pulling any data?

Proposed Solution/Workaround:


As per attached screenshot, Merchandise Hierarchy is not configured in the customer's environment hence all related reports are not showing any data. So once Merchandise Hierarchy will be configured in the landscape, report should start fetching the data.
