Virus attack or iVend Enterprise database got crashed due to any reason.

  1. If any of SAPB1 and iVend Enterprise database got crashed due to any reason,we will suggest you to re-initialize the iVend with SAPB1 again as newly initialization actvitiy. It is because there is another database CXSintegration , contains the object mapping ( e.g. different groups, UOM, sales employee etc) between SAPB1 and iVend and if mapping is missing integration will not work. Additionally if any document is missing either in SAPB1 or iVend , integration will not work and newly created transaction ( depending on previously ones) will be failed in integration failure with different error message.
  1. Since SAP is considered to be golden source, so prior to re-initialization, we request to manually post the documents that are pending from iVend side(i.e., the documents that has not reached to SAP). Also, please create a new ticket after re-initialization as we need to run an SQL script to the newly created HO DB's.
Note: It would be like a fresh HO DB installation, just like a new installation.

  1.  Or in case if customer have the database backup of enterprise, then customer can restore the database of the enterprise server and can take the help of the CitiXsys to pull the missing data from their stores to enterprise on chargeable basis.


Note: Please do not start the replication service and integration service because it may cause to data inconsistency between HO and Store which may lead to further issues.
