Validation rule on iVend MC which are disabled.

Problem Statement 

There are many validation on various iVend MC screens such as Make Mandatory or Make the fields-Non Editable etc. but some are disabled as well. User requires to enable those validations which are disabled such as :
Example : Customer needs to make the Date of Birth (DOB) field Mandatory in Customer screen.

Vend 6.6 with SAPB1 9.2

Resolution/Work Around

When user do right click on the fields, some properties are disabled and can't be controlled by security user's role/rights and it is by design. With given example : User does not allow to make ‘Date of Birth’ field as mandatory.
