Urgent Issue !! Replication issue on the HO

Product version: iVend 6.6 latest patch

Problem statement:  The Replication service of 3 stores is disconnected from Enterprise to stores and vice versa.The Replication service was fine and running.There was no error in the application Log and we also enabled the Deep Logging in the Replication Configuration manager but couldn't find any error in the Log as well.
Restart the IIS then the Stores get connected but this process have to do every time to get the stores connected.

Proposed Solution: 

Kindly as per our hardware and software guide, we do not support Windows Server 2008 R2. Still, we have provided you options to configure and use the same Windows OS though Microsoft is also not supporting this Operating System.

You have two options:

  1.  The customer upgrades the OS to the latest version offered by Microsoft.
  2.  Refer to this article keep HTTP URL alive (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/using-http-ping-utility-generate-continuous-http-traffic-ht-agent)

    You can download the utility directly from this link - https://www.coretechnologies.com/products/http-ping/http-ping.exe
    but as the utility is not developed by Citixsys so we cannot take any ownership as this is just an extra step to assist you as you are one of our esteemed partner serving our customers.

    After downloading the Utility you will have to configure with Windows Task Scheduler by following the steps as:
