Query:

We imported GO Live products in the iVend with only Product and batch Numbers without expiry dates. We want an import template to enable us to update these products with expiry dates as the client wants Products in the ERP to be flagged to capture Batch/Expiry. We need this so as to allow existing products in iVend to integrate to ERP after the sales.

Answer:

Generally batch expiry dates information is handled by ERP where iVend is integrated. We also couldn't find object through which you can import batch expiry date. So Suggest you please update it from ERP.
You can't update the product Batch Expiry date in iVend as there is no object in the Import template that exists in the iVend MC Import screen.
