Unable to see and update stock transfer records in integration log from iVend to Sage X3

Environment

iVend Version 6.6 7648(Sage X3)


Problem Statement

We are not able to transfer stock from iVend to Sage X3, rather the transactions move from the Senders Site in iVend to a GIT site in iVend and remain there


Symptoms

Configuration Issue


Resolution/Work Around

The event was generated in the Reintegration Log Because the customer had lots of products and BP records in the queue therefore the new event does not display on the monitor. The monitor shows only the top 1000 events only.


Recommendations /Suggestion

Customer need to check the stock transfer documents from iVend to Sage
