Unable to open the ivend configuration after upgrade
Product version:
iVend Retail Configuration Manager 6.5 update 6
Problem statement:
Customer not able to open the iVend configuration manager and Integration stops after upgrade.
Proposed solution:
We checked Windows event viewer --> System or Application log and its is showing below error
Error at event Viewer:

Security Risk Found!WS.Reputation.1 in File replicationsbointegrationwinser c:\program files (x86)\CitiXsys\ivend retail\integration\replicationsbointegrationwinser.exe Auto-Protect scan. Action: Quarantine succeeded. Action Description: The file was quarantined successfully
RCA:

issue related to Antivirus, Antivirus blocking the execution of the file with name "replicationsbointegrationwinser"
Action:
Customer to contact their IT administrator.
