Unable to login to Management Console
Issue:
While login to Management console getting the error "The type initialize for"FlexNetActivationLibrary.ActivationUtility" threw an exception while login to MC" as shown below:
Cause:
The license Key either not activated correctly or not activated.
Resolution Steps:
1-Check the license information i.e. License should not be in “Broken State”.
2- Return the license key using “Rehost “ option and Activate it again if not activated already.
Additional Scenario:
If the Management Console system is Upgraded to iVend 6.6 version and after Upgrade when Run the Application for the first time without having "Run as Administrator" ,then also the above Error message will appear.
So, after Upgrade of the System first time Run the Application with "Run as Administrator "(Right click on the MC icon>>Run as Administrator),and there after it will work fine even run the application without having "Run as Administrator".
