Problem statement
Unable to Export “Top Item Sales By Quantity or Price” data in Microsoft Excel.
Environment
iVend 6.6 7825 SAP B1 9.3 PL 14
Symptoms
The problem was related with Microsoft Export Setting configuration.
Resolution/Work Around
Need to uncheck “Data Only” check box on Microsoft Export Setting window, and then save file. Check below for the reference.
Recommendations /Suggestion
While exporting the summarized report “Data Only” check box should be unchecking.
