Unable to Export sale report Excel format

Problem statement –
Unable to Export "Sales by transaction type with a detailed report." data in Microsoft Excel format
Symptoms:
The problem was related with Microsoft Excel Export Setting configuration.
Resolution/Work Around:
Need to select file type “excel” on Microsoft Excel Export Setting window, and then save file. Check below for the reference.
Recommendations /Suggestion:
We suggest excel type - Excel 2007 and above
