Unable to Disable Transaction Roll-Up Functionality
Problem Statement:
Unable to disable transaction roll up functionality at iVend Enterprise Management Console.
Error:
While trying to disable Transaction Roll-Up functionality at Enterprise Management Console it is giving the below error message.
Solution:
Please check the points below.
1: Login in iVend Enterprise Management Console.
2: Go to: Administration >> IT Administration >>> Click on Integration Failure Log.
3: Check Integration event between iVend TO SAP.
4: If TransactionConoslidation event are stuck then need to wait to integrate the same with SAP B1. Check below Example.
5: Once all the TransactionConsolidation event will integrate or clear from the Integration failure. Then the system will disable Transaction Roll-up functionality.
