Unable to create any new customers in the iVend MC/POS

Product Version :

iVend 6.6

Problem Statement :

The customer can not create any new customers in the system. All fields are showing un-editable.

Proposed Solution :

Check the Display profile in Retail configuration. If it is then:

Go to display profile--> EDIT--> Remove the setting--> Restart the MC and then check
