Problem Statement:
Unable to complete sale transaction in POS if customer paid over payment in Cash.
Solution :
If the change amount due to the customer at the POS needs to be shown in the payment screen automatically than-
We have to check “Auto update change Amount in Payments” is active or not in Retail Profile Settings. This should be activated
Otherwise we can select other payment option (Debit Card, On Account etc) for pay the Change amount to the customer, via this we can complete the transaction.
Recommendations /Suggestion:-
If we are still unable to complete the transaction in POS if we have already checked “Auto update change Amount in Payments” in Retail Profile, we must check the "Change Amount Currency" box in the Retail Profile Setting. It should not be left blank.
