Unable to Build a Kit at POS Window

This article will demonstration to How we can Build a kit at POS  

Product Version: -

iVend 6.6.

Problem Statement: - 

Unable to build a Kit.

We have set up a kit but when we are going to build a kit at POS window We are unable to build a kit from POS Window and getting the below error.

Cause: - 

The issue here the stock of child product of kit as zero that’s why it is getting the below error.

Errors: - “Change quantity should not be more than quantity available to build this kit setup.”

Note: -

Here we are using RTLWRH warehouse in store configuration therefore we check the available stock in store warehouse.

Resolution: -

As We Know that the child products of Kit should be in stock before build a Kit at POS window.

So we need to be check the stock of all child items at store warehouse.

In this case as we have checked in above Screen there is stock of product” A00003” is 0, So we need to increase the stock of this product after that we will able to build a kit.

Note: -The stock of all items should be more than 0 which is added into kit. Otherwise you could not build a Kit.

After that we will build a kit from POS window as per the below Steps.

Step1: - Go on POS window and click on ivend icon as the below Screen.

Step 2: -Go POS operations section and click on kit build\break

Step 3: - Click on Add button to add the kit base product which is already setup.

Step4: - As per the below Screen, Select the kit product and click on OK button

Note: -Here we are select kit product ‘P000000014’

Step 5: - Input the quantity plus (+) of kit as per the below Screen shot

Note: -Here Quantity available is 1 and Available to Build 99

Step 6: - Then confirmation popup will display and click on Yes button.

Step 7: - Now Kit has been successfully build.

Note: - Here we check and confirm the Quantity available is 1+1=2 and Available to Build Here Quantity available is 1 and Available to Build 99
