Unable to browse iVend API Service HTTP Error 404.3 Not Found
Environment: iVend Retail 6.6 7989
Problem statement: iVend API not browsing from IIS, and its giving below error message
Symptoms: Internet Information system configuration was not done
Resolution/Work Around:
1: Make sure ASP.Net is installed on the machine where iVend API is installed.
2: Directory browsing should enable for iVend API.
3: Open IIS Manager (Internet Information Service).
4: Expand Default Website >> Right Click on “iVend API” and make sure it browsing.
If not browsing, then go to “directory Browsing” and Enable action. check below image.
5: If IIS giving same error message, try below steps.
#: Open Control Panel.
#: Program and Features.
#: Expand ASP .Net
#: Enable/install Windows Communication Foundation.
