Unable to active Transaction Roll-up in IVend

iVend 6.6 7747
Problem statement:
Unable to active Transaction Roll-up in IVend.

Getting Error: Roll-up setting can not be changes as there are records pending for integration.
Symptoms:

When changes are tried to be saved, it gives below error "Roll up setting cannot be changes as there are records pending for integration"
Cause:

Records show stuck in integration monitor.
Proposed Solution/Workaround:

As message clearly suggests, for Transaction roll up to be configured it is must , that there should not be any records pending for integration.
