Problem:
Transaction Server Search not working at the POS terminal.
Possible Check Points :
Need to check with below specific points
1. iVend API Connection string to be passed with API Connection manager with iVend configuration manager.
2. API Health check should be successful at the Enterprise MC.
3. Ensure Communication Settings are passed with Enterprise Management Console, API Address.
4. Should be able to browser iVend API at the machine/ Server where API is hosted.
5. If able to browse iVend API then try to browse iVend API at the POS terminal machine with appending Server IP Address with API localhost connection string.
For ex: localhost/iVendAPI/iVendAPI.svc?wsdl path to browse at Local machine where API is hosted. Server address: <IPADDRESS?
Need to browse http://<IP Address>/iVendAPI/iVendAPI.svc?wsdl at the POS terminal.
6. Ensure Store Master API Connection settings are filled at the Management Console.
