Transaction Receipt not printing at POS after applying the patch 7747.

Problem:-

Transaction Receipt not printing at POS after applying the patch 7747. However, the receipt was printing fine on patch 7723

Solution:-

The issue might be due to dated iVend Hardware service exe. Please find the attached rar file and follow the below steps:-

1. Go to POS Machine.
2. Look for the folder "Hardware Service" in the iVend installation folder, path : - (C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\HardwareService)
3. Take the backup of "HardwareService" outside the ivend installation folder.
4. Extract the shared rar file.
5. Stopped the iVend Hardware Service from service.msc
6. replace the shared files.
7. Restart the iVend Hardware Service from service.msc
8. Go to iVend installation folder and look for the folder "common", and run iVend OposCCOs-1_11_000.exe, (C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\Common)
