Transaction Mode not Changing on POS for Specific Customer

Environment:

iVend 6.6 with SAP B1 10.0

Problem Statement:

Transaction Mode Sale Order Not Picking on POS for specific customer.

Symptoms: 

User Request

Resolution/Work Around:

Issue resolved after following the below steps.

1: Login in Enterprise Management Console.

2: Go To: Operations Tab >> BP Masters >> Click on Customers>> Scan problematic Customer >> Click on Edit Button.

3: Make sure the “Can Order Items” check box is checked. Check below Image for the same.
