Transaction ID not getting generated while doing Sale Transaction with Gift Certificate
Environment
iVend 6.6 with ERP
Problem statement
While generating a sale combined with a Gift Certificate ,iVend did not generate a transaction ID.
Symptoms
Document Number series might not be created
Resolution/Work Around
Suggestion is to configure the Default type of document number series in iVend MC and then reopen POS to check.
