Problem Statement:
Thermal Receipt Printer doesn’t work in IVend Trying to attach a thermal receipt printer with iVend, in case POS is not sending the print to OPOS driver but it's sending print for the same printer to windows driver even OPOS drivers are installed and registered hardware in the management console.
Proposed Solution:
First you need to make a configuration in the OPOS utility that is provided by the Printer, also we would suggest doing the health checkup once. After doing the Health Check perform the steps given below.
Steps If any:
1. Uninstalled all drivers
2. Removed the hardware from the management console
3. Login to Point of Sales
4. Assigned hardware
5. closed point of sales
6. Installed OPOS drivers again
7. Tested printer with HP utility
8. Login to point of sales and re assigned the printer.
