The Type initializer for 'FlexNetActivationLibrary.ActivationUtility' threw an exception

Problem statement:
When open the management console in iVend demo stack getting Error “The Type initializer for ‘FlexNetActivationLibrary.ActivationUtility’ threw an exception”
Proposed Solution/Workaround:
We Check user are facing the issue on Management Console and Point of Sale as well, it seems some file is missing, so we suggest to follow the below steps and share our output.
1. Uninstall the ivend (Not Licence Manager) and Point of Sale from the machine.
2. Delete the ivend folder for c:\Programs files.
3. Delete the temp folder.
4. If possible restart the Machine and Install again.
