Tax not calculating for random sale transaction

iVend version :

 6.6

Problem statement : 

Tax is not calculating for random transaction. Automatic tax calculation is already configured for sale transaction. 

Symptoms: 

It is noticed that "Tax Free for Tax Inclusive Item Pricing" is enabled for that customer which was used in problematic transaction.

Resolution / Suggestions :

1. If the sold item is "Inclusive Taxed" in item setup, then "Tax Free for Tax Inclusive Item Pricing" should not be enabled in for customer.
2. Tax Exempt should be disable in item master.
3. Open the customer setup in MC and check "Tax Free for Tax Inclusive Item Pricing" is enabled or not. If enable then disable it.
