System.Exception DI Payment method not defined [RCT3.CrTypeCode][line 1]

Environment:

iVend Retail 6.6 7989 & SAP Business One 9.3


Problem Statement: 

Transaction is stuck in integration failure log from iVend To SAP with error


System.Exception  DI Payment method not defined  [RCT3.CrTypeCode][line  1]


Symptoms: 

Credit Card Payment not configured in SAP Business one


Resolution/Work Around:  

Follow below steps to solve the issue.


Login in SAP Business One:

  1. Go to: Administration >> Setup >> Banking >> Credit Card Payment. Defined/configured the Payment setup.

  2. Stop Integration service and Start.

  3. Open Integration Failure window, select record and retry.

  4. Open Integration Monitor, find your record and click on Refresh.
