Suspended Transactions in iVend POS and deleted by EOD Process.

Problem statement

Customer noticed that cashier performed the transaction as Suspended from iVend POS but it was appearing in iVend database tables . 

Environment

iVend 6.6 with SAPB1.

Symptoms

cashier performed the transaction as Suspended from iVend POS

Resolution/Suggestion

​If any transaction is suspended on iVend POS , it will be appeared in iVend database tables with field "IsSuspended" as True( i.e 1) .

 

There is parameter "Delete Suspended Transaction At Day End" in Retail profile attached to Store/POS/User so that when End of day process is done, such transacton will be marked as ISDELETED in TrxTransaction tables
