Store Order Picking
Picking List enables the easy identification of orders that require picking, and to reserve the stock by marking it as unavailable to sell once the order has been picked.
When an order is placed, items mentioned in the order gets picked and are not available for any other order. With this enhancement, Transactions with fulfilment / delivery that occur after the transaction has occurred, can now be easily picked from the stock and made ready for collection or delivery. Picking List as a button operation is added in Business Transaction menu in Management Console.
Benefit:
Users will be able to reserve the stock with the sales order using Picking List option.
Partial Picking and cancellation of pick list, and label printing of the stock is also made available to the user with this option.
Configuration:
The following are the steps to configure and pick the
Create a Pick List. Select the Product to Pick and click Pick button
Enter the picking assign ID and select date to pick the product.
Confirm to Pick
The Pick List is listed in Pick List
View Pick List Details. Pick Status is displayed on the screen.
On the Handheld select the product to Pick.
Save to Store Pick1
The Picking Status changes to Picked
The search result displays the following information
Field | Description |
Serial/ Batch Key | Displays the serial number of the product or Batch number to which the product searched belongs. |
Product ID | Displays the product ID of the product searched. |
Product Description | Displays information on the product searched. |
Existing qty | Quantity of the searched product in inventory. |
Warehouse | On Enterprise will display the list of Warehouse, on the store will display information of the warehouse of the store. |
Warehouse Description | Details of the warehouse searched. |
Expiration Date | Expiration date of the product. This is editable field and can be edited at Enterprise or store level. |
Manufacturing Date | Manufacturing date of the product. This is editable field and can be edited at Enterprise or store level. |
Admission Date | Admission date on which Product was received. This is also the creation date of the document. This is editable field and can be edited at Enterprise or store level. |
Status | The status of the product like In Stock, Available. |
Price | The Price of the product. This is editable field. |
