Item in order mode can not be voided
Environment:
iVend Retail 6.6 8929
Problem Statement:
During Special Order as the scenario customer wants to change the items in their Special Order but when we try remove the item in the Special Order and add the new item then below Error message " showing item in order mode can not be voided "
Symptoms:
Can not Change the items while Special Order edit process
Resolution/Work Around:
For solving this issue, we suggested that at the time of special order edit you cannot void item, but you can make quantity 0 for that item with -edit button
