Environment:
iVend Version 6.6 and 6.5 Update 6 unplugged
Problem Statement:
New Button on the iVend MC Warehouse screen is not enabled however store license is available to create a new store in iVend Enterprise MC.
Symptoms:

Resolution/Work Around:
As it is an Unplugged configuration and you have 6 store licenses with the creation of 6 warehouses ( 5 Retail +1 General) so it will not allow creating another warehouse, which is necessary to create a new store in iVend Enterprise MC.
So in the iVend unplugged environment, the Store license count is related to the warehouse count ( Retail+General) as well.
As per iVend functionality, when you create a store in Enterprise ( Mixed-mode store or separate store), there should be RETAIL WAREHOUSE ( NOT GENERAL WAREHOUSE). General warehouse can't be attached to store.
Recommendations /Suggestion:
It is not recommended to change or update the warehouse table using SQL else it may disturb the iVend Functionality.
