Store database backup generating from Enterprise Management Console is equal to 1KB

Problem Statement:

Store database backup generating from Enterprise Management Console is equal to 1KB.

Resolution:

Follow the below steps to fix the concern
1. Restart the Enterprise server once
2. Stop the replication Service and Integration service at Enterprise.
3. Clear the temp folder
4. To open Temp folder: -1. Press window key + R, 2. Type - %temp%, 3. Click on OK
5. Once done,  Launch Management Console with "Run as Administrator" option  and take a fresh backup of the store (with correct cutoff date) from the Enterprise MC.
Please note: If the issue persists then please retry the same steps 2-3 times. It has been observed that because of the environment dependencies, the DB backup does not get created correctly. And in repeated attempts, this seemed to have worked.

Recommendations/Suggestion:

In case still the  issue persists, raise support incident for assistance
