Stock Transfer Cancellation request stucked on Sender Store

Problem statement:

Stock Transfer Cancellation request stucked  on Sender Store due to Partial data on Receiving Store

Proposed Solution/Workaround:

Require to insert missing data on Receiving Store by check stock of items and change stock transfer flag opened in Invstocktransfer so that user can again Cancellation request.

Recommendations /Suggestion:
