Request:

Standard iVend Report For A4 transaction Receipt was required.


Scenario:

​Client needs the standard A4 report of i-Vend for transaction receipt. The client did some customization and overwrote the transaction receipt with a customized report now so they need a standard report of the transaction receipt.

Solution:

  • Required Standard iVend transaction report can be taken from the report manager section at Management console.

  • Go to Management Console > Application Setup > Report manager

  • Search for Report "Transaction Receipt"

  • Once the report is searched, select the report.

  • Click on F8 to export the report and choose the destination where the report wants to be saved.
