Special Price List Master event failed in Integration Failure Log from SAP To iVend.

Environment:

 iVend Retail 6.6 wiht SAP Business One 9.3

Problem statement:

After updating the special prices list masters some of the special price list event stuck in integration failure log from SAP To iVend with below error message.

System.FormatException  Input string was not in a correct format.

Cause :

It was SAP Configuration issue.

Resolution/Work Around: 

Issue resolved after performing below activity.

1: Login in SAP Business One.

2: Click on Inventory Module >> Price List > Special Price List.

3: On the Special Price List Mater select or scan item which is stuck in integration failure.

4: Once the item will select on Special Price List Master double click on item series number.

5: Once the Period and discount window will appear, make sure 0 or any logical value should update there, if it is blank update the value

6. Once done then click on Update button. Check below screen for your reference.

7. After this check the status of event, it should integrate now.
