Some customers can not be searched on the POS, however all these customers are displaying in MC

Issue

Some customers (business partners) can not be searched on the POS, however, all these customers are visible in MC Below is the screenshot of the POS screen, when searching the customer:


Resolution

Any customer (business partner) created in SAP should have assigned either "All Currency" or "base currency" to the Currency option in the Business Partner master screen.



This way MultiCurrency column gets value 1 assigned in iVend (in the CusCustomer Table), which is the correct value to get the customer appearing at the POS, any other assigned currency will make this value 0 and the customer will not be visible at the POS (however will be visible at the MC).


So when creating a new customer, please keep the currency either "All Currency" or "base currency" to the Currency option in the Business Partner master screen to resolve the issue.
