Simulated receipt printer is blank after performing transaction at POS
Query:
Unable to print Transaction details on SRP (simulated receipt printer) at POS.
Cause:
“Transaction Receipt” Type is not present in the Print Profile.
Resolution:
Go to Administration > Retail configuration > POS > Print Profile click on the ellipses button as shown below:
Check if the type “Transaction Receipt” is defined or not in the print profile as shown below. If it is not defined then create one. After that restart the POS and the SRP will print fine.
