Session 5.3 - iVend Loyalty Customer Management
In this chapter we take a look at:
Loyalty Card — Customer Registration
Loyalty Membership Groups
Adjust Customer Balances
Loyalty Card Transfers
When you are ready to start the session topics, simply click the Next button above.

You should aim to achieve at least 80% (e.g. 8 out of 10 correct answers) before moving on to the next chapter. If you get more than two (2) wrong answers in the Loyalty Quiz then we recommend reviewing the video tutorials and articles again as we consider anything greater to be a low score and indicates more revision is required.
