Serial number inofrmation not updating from SAP To iVend
Problem Statement:
After updating the serial number for the product in SAP HANA same serial not updating in iVend Enterprise.
Solution
On the Serial Number Management-Update screen there is a Sync button.
Click on Sync button and then check serial information in iVend Enterprise Management Console.
