Schedule Management
Schedule Manager is updated to allow user to view a sample of the campaign or report and enable to send a test campaign email or report to email address for review. The update in schedule management also allows user run the campaign manually.
Benefit:
Users will be able to view campaign or report for review, and will be able to send the campaign or report to email id for testing, review, approval and confirmation purposes.
Configurations
On the Scheduled Job Search screen, search criteria as "Type" is added. This helps in searching the "Scheduled" and "Send Now" jobs.
The Scheduled search will display the list scheduled Jobs.
The send now search will display the list of the scheduled jobs with date and timestamp when the job was executed.

"Send Test Email” and “Send Now” buttons are added to the Schedule Setup screen.

Send Test Email button will open Test Email template data form. Test email will be sent on clicking OK button.
Send Now button will pop up a massage for confirming to run the schedule campaign manually and all email will be sent within 5 minutes of clicking the "Yes" button on the pop up message screen.
